Description of the flag

The 'What The Hell' pennant of Sino-American Cooperative Organization, a group of US Navy and Marines personnel embedded with Chinese Nationalist guerrilla forces against Japan during World War II. A short history of the group can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sino-American_Cooperative_Organization

The pennant is a reference to the surprise by US Army personnel of finding their Navy being present in China, which was effectively landlocked by the advancing Japanese during WWII. As the pennant was basically a field adaptation, there is no standard size and font for its design.
